This document is authored by me, Christopher Joseph Lloyd Carson, on November 5, 2024.
On the night of October 5, 2024, I was forcibly separated from my companion, taken to an isolated room, drugged, beaten, extorted, robbed, and ultimately left in a life-threatening condition. My travel companion made multiple attempts to intervene, including repeatedly contacting the police to come to the premises, known as Pandora. Despite his efforts, he was instructed to leave the location. These events are thoroughly documented in the official police report.
Below is a comprehensive list of active case numbers, correspondence between myself and Wise, screenshots, photographs, and a detailed account of the events that transpired on the night of October 5th and the early morning of October 6th in Krakow, Poland.

If necessary, once the Polish and U.S. legal teams are fully engaged, I will bill Wise for all incurred charges. I am fully committed to pursuing all aforementioned cases against WISE should we fail to resolve this in timely matter.
The primary focus of this matter is the transactions that occurred between October 5, 2024, at 20:58 and October 6, 2024, at 02:05, all associated with WIRTUOSO SP Z O O (involving three wire transfers) and WIRTUOSO (utilizing Tap/Google Pay)
The relevant wire transfers numbers are #1247153680, #1247129783, and #1247082073. The transfers/payments that where made illegally are #1866073499, #1866182354, and #1866126505. The total amounts withdrawn are 3,747 PLN ($1298.43 CDN) and 13,576.82 GBP ($24,563.25 CDN). Additionally, the internal movement of funds between accounts, entirely under their control, has likely resulted in further losses due to exchange rates. (aprox $400 CDN) ( Transaction List )
I had multiple Airbnb reservations, travel commitments, and a major dental surgery scheduled—the funds that were stolen were intended for this dental operation and my recovery. Additionally, I incurred a loss of another $1,900 (CDN).
On Saturday, October 5, at 11:02 PM, WISE processed a transaction from the card ending in 0128, which was flagged and shut down. Subsequently, unauthorized individuals created additional digital cards ending in 8216 and 5850, which enabled them to withdraw over 1,000 euros. This suspicious activity should have been flagged. The perpetrators (WIRTUOSO) then initiated three separate wire transfers to their Revolut account (17610826), nearly depleting my account 13,576.82 GBP ($24563.25 CDN) + 3,747 PLN ($1298.43 CDN).
I contacted WISE on the morning of October 6 at 09:42 to report the incident and requested a hold on all fraudulent charges. According to information on the WISE website, it takes 1 to 5 business days to process a wire transfer. I pleaded with WISE via chat to halt these transactions, but I was informed that it was too late ( there was no person, it was a bot , read the first line and time stamp ). I firmly believe that this situation could have been avoided if proper procedures had been followed, or perhaps I was communicating with a bot. I have 39 pages of chats between myself and WISE. So far I have received back from WISE 210.99 GBP on October 16, 2024 and 848.63 GBP on Oct 23, 2024, for a total of 1059.62 GBP or $1899.82 CDN.
The amount still owed back to me is $25,861.68 CDN – $1899.82 CDN (paid back) = $23,961.86 CDN or 13359.82 GBP
